Shipping policy

We deliver across all pin codes within India. Shipping charges are applicable on all orders regardless of the order value. The exact shipping charge will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All payments must be made online at the time of placing the order.

All prices displayed on our website for customers within India are inclusive of applicable Indian taxes and GST. No extra charges will be levied on customers beyond what is shown at checkout.

Neither D.R. COLLECTION nor our delivery partners within India will ever request customers to pay any additional duties or taxes directly. Kindly do not click on any links or respond to emails or text messages asking for payment of GST, VAT, or other taxes, as these are not genuine.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, an order confirmation message along with your order number will appear on your screen, and you will also receive a confirmation email. If there are any issues in processing your order, we will contact you directly or notify you by email.

For Made-to-Order (MTO) products, you will receive automated email update informing you about the current stage of your order.

Order Shipment and Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the courier partner's name and your tracking number. You can use this number on the courier's official website to track your order.

Order Delivery

The estimated delivery time for each product is mentioned on its product page. We recommend reviewing the estimated delivery date before proceeding to checkout. Please note that delivery to remote or difficult-to-reach locations may take additional time.

The estimated delivery date may vary depending on the size selected, as certain sizes may fall under the Made-to-Order (MTO) category. We offer domestic delivery within 7–10 business days and international delivery within 7–15 business days from the date of dispatch.

Change in Shipping Address

If you notice an error in the shipping address or wish to change it, please contact our customer support team immediately within 24 hours of placing your order via email at DRCOLLECTION820@GMAIL.COM or by phone at +91 9306945545. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to update the address or redirect the shipment.

Product Insurance

If your product arrives damaged or the packaging appears to have been tampered with, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving it via email at DRCOLLECTION820@GMAIL.COM or by phone at +91 9306945545.

Shipping Partners

We use Shiprocket for Shipments within India. In case of any damage to the product while in transit, the shipping partner shall be held liable for the same.
